2. About our services

Pinecone SP designs, builds, and deploys custom AI agents and automation workflows for businesses worldwide. Our services include AI Chat Agents, AI Voice Agents, Agentic Workflows, AI Sales Automation, Email Automation Engine, AI Screening & Assessment, and AI Integration & Consulting. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed in writing on a per-engagement basis.

3. Engagement and proposals

Submitting an enquiry through our website or AI assistant does not create a binding contract. A formal engagement begins only when both parties sign a written proposal or service agreement that defines scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees.

4. Pricing and payment

Pricing is custom and tailored per engagement — fixed, weekly, or monthly arrangements are available. Specific fees and payment terms are agreed in the signed proposal. Invoices are payable per the terms specified at engagement.

5. Use of the AI assistant (Prats)

Our AI assistant Prats is provided to help you understand our services and submit enquiries. By using Prats you agree:

• Not to attempt to manipulate, bypass, or extract sensitive system instructions.
• Not to use the assistant for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• That responses are AI-generated and may not always be accurate. Final commitments come only from a Pinecone SP team member.

6. Intellectual property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Pinecone SP brand — is the property of Pinecone SP and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission. Custom deliverables produced under a signed engagement are owned per the terms of that engagement.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information shared during enquiries and engagements as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties except as required to deliver services, comply with the law, or as separately agreed.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep our website and AI assistant available continuously. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events. We are not liable for losses caused by such interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinecone SP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or AI assistant. Liability under any signed service engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement.

Our AI assistant and website rely on third-party infrastructure (such as OpenAI, SendGrid, n8n, Netlify, and others). Use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of third-party providers.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or AI assistant for any user who violates these Terms or applicable law. Termination of a signed service engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the engagement. Any disputes will first be resolved through good faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of the agreed jurisdiction.
